I installed ADT from update site without problems. Android DDMS and ADT show up in "Mangage configurations". The Status here for both says "The feature is configured properly.". There are 2 jars in the plugins folder:
com.android.ide.eclipse.adt_0.9.4.v200910220141-17704.jar com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms_0.9.4.v200910220141-17704.jar But opening "Window"->"Preferences ...", there is only a "DDMS" entry, not an "Android" one. There is no error in the Console.
