Damn still no joy

I have ListView

FocusableInTouchMode, Focusable

Children

Focusable but not in touch mode.

itemsCanFocus set to true and still the same result I can see the
children highlight for the touch its just as if the event is not
bubbled up to the ListView to stop the scroll .... I may just have to
wait for this fix hu?
