Mark, I know EditTexts aren't allowed in Widgets -- I have a TextView, not an EditText. (I say it behaves like an EditText because focusable and editable are set to true.) Additionally, displaying the TextView or editing text works perfectly. The only "problem" is that I don't know how to access it programmatically. =( I also need to access properties of a Button, for example, so I'd still really like to know how to do it. =)
