If you mean 'authToken' for the 'tokenId', then I don't think you fully read the blog. There is a post that describes exactly that.
As for fully decoded? Plenty of people have done it so far, OK maybe not plenty but I know quiet a few. Are people just releasing this as an API for everyone to use? Nope...
