Have this problem. SDK under Win Vista tried to switch to http instead
of https, dont work. also if i try get the xml manually (like in this
forum described:
http://www.anddev.org/problem_while_installing_android_sdk_20-t8681.html)
from https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml there
is only:
Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete
your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.
no matter if i use http or https and i tried it 30 minutes ago
