I downloaded the Android SDK and AVD manager and began downloading the packages but every time I try the download stalls about 20% of the way through it. Before it stalls, it downloads very slowly (about 30kb/ sec). Some more details: I'm running on Windows XP. I've tried turning SSL on and off from within the manager. I've also tried running it within Eclipse and also from the command line. Is there a debug mode or something to figure out what its doing? I would also be willing to try debugging it myself if the source to the AVD manager is available.
