So I'm an experienced Java developer. I've worked with Google Maps / Earth before.
Working through examples fo doing it on the Android platform has been pretty straightforward so far. Nothing surprising really. Er....except that my map won't actually appear. I only get the tiles. keystore is set up, key is in the code. I see the simple overlay just fine.
