I cannot call the third party services by getSystemService() method but is there a way to to register my service as System Service so that I can invoke the service my above method? I have to register my service with Android Framework. I think I can do this by making changes to the Android framework and compile the code. Please help me out how I can change the Android source code. I already got Android Source code (Cupcake) and compiled images on my host machine.
