Hi, With the LocationManager class, it seems we should register a listener in onResume(), and deregister the listener in onPause(). If we're using GPS though, does deregistering the listener mean that GPS completely shuts down? I mean if the user pauses the app briefly [gps stops], then quickly resumes, does GPS locking have to start all over again from scratch, or is the OS somehow holding onto the signal silently for just this case where listeners register and deregister quickly?
