I found this solution without aapt. Is it correct?
ant release
keytool -genkey -alias your.key.alias -keyalg RSA \
-validity 20000 -keystore C:\YourKey\your.key.file
jarsigner -verbose -keystore "C:\YourKey\your.key.file" \
-signedjar bin\proyecto-signed.apk \
bin\proyecto-unsigned.apk your.key.alias
