I noticed a drop as well (at least 10%) but ... the ACTIVE / TOTAL ratio is now actually accurate as far as I can tell.
Maybe they just adjusted their stats to only count ACTIVE once the user has exceeded their refund window and can no longer get a refund? If you have a large volume of sales on a daily basis this would explain your totals continuing to increase (and therefore your percentage decreases) but the active count stays put until the sales are finalized. Of course, this is just guessing.
