I am seeing it too. Did you use the "Max SDK" setting on the AndroidManifest.xml? I noticed a blog posting that said the default behavior is when a Over the Air update was pushed for 2.0.1 and you had a max sdk setting of 5, it would Uninstall the purchased application automatically!!
Supposedly they are fixing this going forward...
