Hi, I'm using Android 1.5 (no changes) on an HTC Magic. I'm using the default e-mail application for IMAP. (Not GMAIL in this case)
I saw that, sent e-mail date headers are diferent if we use another language settings diferent from english. My sent e-mails get this timestamp: English: Date: Wed, 23 Dec 2009 22:10:54 +0000 Portuguese: Date: Qua, 23 Dez 2009 22:08:08 +0000 This causes a big problem: Messages are not well sync by other e-mail programs such as webmail (roundcube) and Thunderbird because they don't understand that "portuguese" timestamp. And so, messages appears: or with no date or with 01-01-1970 and I don't seem them on SENT items because i can just want to see the latest 7 days. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
