Thanks for modularization but it needs to be refined a little more...
as my per my little experience with the android development
environment i was developing in virutal development environment of
linux hosted on windows.

Later when i wanted to move from linux to windows development
environment i just copied whole platform section to windows
but the Android SDK (windows installed newly not copied) version
didn't detect the targets as the tools/aapt.exe was missing

when i tried to update android sdk it wanted to download again which
is absurd, i guess apart from tools/ section in the platforms rest are
platform independent
is there any way to get only the tools/section for respective
platforms (release 1.6, 2.0,2.0.1)
