Thanks for modularization but it needs to be refined a little more... as my per my little experience with the android development environment i was developing in virutal development environment of linux hosted on windows.
Later when i wanted to move from linux to windows development environment i just copied whole platform section to windows but the Android SDK (windows installed newly not copied) version didn't detect the targets as the tools/aapt.exe was missing when i tried to update android sdk it wanted to download again which is absurd, i guess apart from tools/ section in the platforms rest are platform independent is there any way to get only the tools/section for respective platforms (release 1.6, 2.0,2.0.1) thanks red On Dec 4, 4:38 am, Jason Chen <[email protected]> wrote: > Hey, folks. > > Earlier today, we released updates to several different components in > the Android SDK.
