I dont know wether this is the right place to post this, but I had a great idea for a implementation of Contacts within google maps. Maybe it is already possible or someone already is developing this, but here it is:
Add a selectable Layer to the Google Maps on the Android system that integrates with the Contacts list and shows them in Google Maps. Only contacts with an adress can be shown in Maps and have to be in a certain format ofcourse. Also, you have entered a contact's adress information, from the Contact's menu with 'Call ...' and 'Text ...', you should be able to use 'Navigate to ...', which is a Google Maps route from your current location to this person's house. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
