Hi, I am inserting a list view programmatically into a LinearLayout which is itself an item in a parent list view. Upon inserting, Id like the keypad navigation to scroll the elements in the newly inserted sub list.
The insertion works fine, and I can set the focus to the inserted sub- list (I have confirmed that it receives focus with the focus listener), but there are a couple problems: 1) The keypad navigation continues to navigate between items in the main (parent) list. Can anyone advise me how to change navigation control to the sub-list? 2) I would like the entire inserted sub-list to be shown. Currently, it only shows a portion of the list and I cannot get the LinearLayout parent it to resize to show the entire list. I have tried various combination of layout params.
