I read a fascinating book "A Complaint is a Gift". The gist is that few people will give you feedback, and most of it will be negative. Furthermore, the few negatives are the tip of the iceberg, so treat every complaint as a gift. I also suggest you don't relay solely on the Android Market for feedback. Publish your email address (like many other Android developers do), get people to post about your application in other Android websites, maintain contact with your users and give them top-notch support.
