I just finally got an ADP1 (used for ~175!) and I'm really happily surprised at the performance of my app... it was running pretty badly in the emulator, but apparently the emulator's just really slow.
One thing though... running my app (a 2D game that draws a fair amount of sprites and has background music) makes the phone get fairly warm. Sometimes it seems to actually be warmer than the phone gets while playing 3D games like Speed Forge 3D and Armadillo Roll, but it's kind of variable. Is there a common coding mistake that leads to overheating the phone? Is this something I should put a lot of effort into fixing? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
