I don't think it has a name except for "Browser". The engine it uses is WebKit, the same as the iPhone, Safari and Chrome.
If you mean what does the browser report itself as you could look at the user agent string which it reports itself as: HTC-P4600/1.2 Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) UP.Link/6.3.1.17.0 That one was for the HTC Dream.
