Sounds like a great idea Randy. Someone put a post up about another interesting area we could all unite and help out in. I thought it interesting. There are millions of people right here in the USA that are homeless, without insurance, hungry, etc. The post was basically slamming the movie stars that raised 57million for Haiti in time of need, yet in our own country where there is huge need for money to help with things like education of kids that most states seem to cut funds for first chance they get, as well as all the homeless and uninsured that can't afford daily living essentials. I suppose this applies to all countries tho. I am basic agreement that helping Haiti right now is the most pressing need, but it does shed light on how easily we forget the rest of the problems in various parts of the world. :( I wish we could have one big huge pot of fund raising money that helped out everyone in need everywhere and not when one location faces a disaster. I have, however donated some money for Haiti, as well as several cancer and other medical problem areas, and do so every year.
