Hi all, I also met the same problem. Here my app registers a context menu to be shown for our view and overwrite the onContextMenuClosed() for listening the back key event. When a context menu is closed by a back key event, there is no way to be informed that any item is selected or not. My understanding is onContextMenuClosed() should be invoked by Android system On Donut and Cupcake, Activity.onContextMenuClosed() is working fine. Could anyone with me out?
