Hello Bishu You can find cts in http://android.git.kernel.org/?p=platform/cts.git;a=tree;f=tests;h=95461e7438487895c7246645ed7fb9e1d432b03e;hb=refs/heads/eclair-release I don't know where is document in there, but you can find it. You can run CTS with your device also.
