My recommendation would be to contact whoever organized the ADL session; in my experience it's been a single developer-relations person who emailed me about it and ran the session on the day. He/she might be good enough to replace it for you. But on the other hand, the cold hard truth is that getting a free Nexus One is a lottery anyway. A few developers got lucky, most of us didn't.
