Could someone point me please to good resource or give me a pointers
at what are the steps
for developing custom components within application framework - e.g.
what are the steps, pitfalls and best practices
for developing custom managers (e.g. manager for caching of data over
peer-to-peer cluster of devices)
NOTE: please do not reply with judgment statements regarding the
motivation to do this ("e.g. why are you trying to do this? it is
better do ..."),
but, if familiar, with practical steps and best practices.
