AFAIK, there is no way to add actions to the Browser application's
context menu. You can customize the context menu of a WebView, though,
for use within your own application. And, by implementing the
ACTION_SEND intent filter appropriately for some Activity, you can be
one of the options when the user chooses "Share link".
