Er, um, isn't SMS limited to 160 chars?

You have asked this several times today.
I have just successfully sent 552 characters via ACTION_SEND to the
Messaging application.
Therefore, my guess is that the problem lies in your code somewhere. I
would get rid of the sms_body extra and just use Intent.EXTRA_TEXT.
