Someone might want to mention that to AT&T. Apparently they've disabled "Unknown sources" on the Motorola Backflip: http://tinyurl.com/yat7cqe (among other sources) And the word is that they're doing the same on the forthcoming Dell Aero: http://tinyurl.com/yh59xed Admittedly, this doesn't stop installs through adb, but it does restrict your options for using one of these handsets as a dev phone.
