I am a newbie to Android and am in the process of writing a simple **video player** app.
An activity that shows **a video**. And at the bottom a **progress bar**. I was reading about threads - Main (UI) Thread & Background (Worker) Thread. My **question** is which part should go into the Main Thread and which one into the Background Thread? Any code snippets would be very helpful.
