The USB drivers for the Samsung Moment are impossible to find on the Internet and on Samsung's developer forums/website/etc....
So, I called technical support. They sent me a link: http://shrunk.me/mometdriver.zip I was very impressed with the lady who answered the phone. She didn't realize that us developers do have USB drivers we need, while the average user of the Samsung Moment actually doesn't have to install drivers ... her first response was what she was taught - to tell me there are no USB drivers. But I insisted there were .... So, she put me on hold and talked directly to (I assume) the developer group. Confirmed that there were indeed USB drivers, and then sent me an e-mail with the link you see above. That's very nice and unfortunately very unusual for a consumer help desk to reach out to a developer group and get a developer specific answer like that. Low and behold, when I set the Moment USB Debugging to on (app settings), and installed the drivers (normal Vista USB driver install procedure), I saw not only the phone itself and the ADB interface driver, but also a SAMSUNG USB Modem driver get installed.
