I talked to FedEx UK through the online thing, and this is what she
said.

"You're the 3rd person in 5 minutes that has asked me about
Brightpoint, is this for a phone?. Brightpoint have a huge backlog at
the minute, and we have just checked our system, Brightpoint have
dispatched nothing at all since the 30th of March to anyone. If you
think your package has been dispatched since then, I'd suggest you
contact them directly to obtain a tracking number. I hope this helps."

I guess we're all harassing them a bit too much!

But it sounds like Brightpoint are having problems with the shipping,
she basically said they shipped nothing (anywhere) since the 30th, and
there is nothing coming my way.
