Hmmm.... You sure you're properly setting the height of the View that
you're loading in as a Header View? You're doing this in XML? Have you
tested this View outside of a List? I have never had any trouble with
shrinking Header Views, although I've never set a height explicitly
but rather allowed it to be filled with four or five lines of content,
and it stretched nicely to fit it.

Also, what units are you using? 50, 100, and 30 are meaningless
without units. Android has many different types of units available to
you.. Research these.
