The standard Android API uses a white-on-black with green checks
inside shaded white square color scheme for the Settings menus,
application settings, WiFi results and other things, also then
switches to white-on-black for some dialogs such as the AP password
settings dialog. Is there some API level code or a relatively
non-complex way that I can use to modify this color scheme of the
Settings menus? I want to adapt it to improve the user experience for
various types of vision deficient users.
