But i really wonder why i don't have this problem. I have my default android music player which plays songs and sometimes i just keep that in background and do other tasks.Still it doesn't stutter even though it is in background running. In general audio mixing happens in audiomixer.cpp file and the audio data is fed from PV engine for different tracks.Once it gets mixed in audiomixer.cpp it is fed to hardware for playing.Audioflinger is the one who feeds it to hardware and has ping-pong buffers for better audio management i.e. first buffer is given to DAC and other buffer gets filled in the mean time.
Does this mean that your application is not well designed?? I really wonder why there is no response of google on this?? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
