Ivan,

All the big companies (Google, Microsoft, IBM, etc) only hire folks
with degrees. Google and MS are fairly particular about hiring kids
with good track records from good schools. Better pull that GPA up
ASAP, get a good ACT/SAT (you can practice those for better scores,
it's not all raw ability) and make a plan for going to college. If
you haven't already contacted your target schools (and yes, you should
target multiple) and found out _exactly_ what you need to do to get in
by early junior year of HS, your chances drop to slim to nil. You
gotta get on top of it ASAP! Pay attention now and you'll thank
yourself for many years to come.
