I'll be surprised if you can override values for GPS on actual hardware,
the way you set them in the emulator. AFAIK, that's emulator-only.

I noticed that some mock location provider support got reintroduced in
recent SDKs, so it's conceivable you could use that in concert with
hardware, but I haven't played with it since the Android M5 release
about two years ago.

As for me, I'd just go for a walk. Logging still occurs while you're
disconnected. After all, it's a nice day out.
