Hello,

I created the google group:
http://groups.google.com/group/android-app-testing-circle

>From the group welcome page:

There are an increasing number of Android devices out there, each with its
own hardware and operating system version. As a developer you are faced with
the problem to make sure you application runs properly on all this devices.
This can get extremely difficult especially for hobby developers who cannot
afford to buy and test on many devices.

While Android tries hard to make sure your application will run on all
available hardware there are often some devices with specific issues. This
is especially true for many game related things like OpenGL ES drivers,
touch and multi-touch issues, performance problems, etc.

This group tries to address this problem by providing developers a
communication forum to get your application tested by other developers on
different hardware.

The idea is to post a link to your application and other developer will test
your app on their device and give feedback to you if it runs properly or
not.
In exchange you test the application of other developers and provide
feedback to them.

This group is not aimed to rate applications or make suggestion what you
think could be done better.

Since this is a public group everybody can download your application. In
case you plan to publish a paid application, may be with copy protection you
should consider to publish only restricted versions and include an
expiration date in your code.

A secondary goal of this group is to discuss device specific issues and
workarounds.

Since my native language is not english corrections are welcome.

Kind Regards,
Ralf
