If you're code is straight java with no android resources then just create a Java project and reference it by your Android projects.
Android libraries allowing you to share (android specific) code and resources between projects is not supported at the moment, but it's coming. Shared libraries are not supported at this time by the platform and I don't think there's any plan for it.
