Hi, I am creating a WebView which is being launched from an activity named StartUpActivity.java.
My intention is to hide the status bar at the top when the WebView comes to the front, so that the WebView remains full screen (no status bar). I can hide the status bar when I launch an activity using this code : getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN,WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN ); Is there any way to hide the status bar when using WebView?
