Although Android doesn't seem to be having much trouble gaining
adoption, I also assumed there would be an ADC3.  They originally
announced $10 million in prize money to be awarded.  ADC1 awarded $5
million and ADC2 awarded ~$2 million adding up to ~$7 million.  So,
Google either made a misleading announcement or my math is wrong.
