Note that Test classes must be public, and must have a default, public
constructor to be run.  Unfortunately the froyo and older Android test
runner silently fails when the Test is not loaded for this reason, but
logging has been improved in future releases.

Can you double check that your extension of ProviderTestCase2 defines a
public constructor?  If it does and you are still having trouble, can you
please post the source of your test class.
