I read somewhere to check the android google groups on this question but I'm wanting to know if its possible here or elsewhere to submit an idea to develop an app?
I'm looking into getting this controller for my sprinklers so I can control them from the web or my phone. http://www.quicksmart.com/qs_etherrain.html On that page they say "Open API for Software Developers" so I'm wondering if someone is willing to take on developing an app for this?
