Be careful, apparently some phones that can output a TV signal can only do it in certain situations, like when playing videos. I was really happy I got an HTC Evo 4G recently, because I thought I might be able to somehow record high frame rate demo videos for my games using the TV out feature. The quality would be much better than pointing a camera at the phone. Programs like dr...@screen don't work for this because they only get a part of each frame when frames are changing very fast in an OpenGL game. The reviews I've checked all say the Evo 4G can only output to TV when playing video, however, so I haven't even bothered buying the cable needed to try.
