Ken, not sure whether you got permission from Google to share your revenues ;-) but many people has very similar experience with mobile ads.
IMHO everybody has similar CTR and this is not serious model how to finance development of mobile apps. Hope Google understands it too and opens AM for paid apps from/for other countries.
