I've just released JVending 2.0 which handles the stocking and
delivery of Android applications using OMA OTA. All of this is open-
source (LGPL): http://code.google.com/p/jvending/. Next week, 'll also
be releasing an open-source Android client that will allow users to
discover, download and install applications by directly interfacing
with JV.
