You just need to get your app into Apple's App Store.  To do that you
need to be accepted into the developer program.

Steve Jobs mentioned in his WWDC key note speech that they had 25,000
people applying for the developer program, of which they have so far
accepted 4,000.  So, better odds than winning the ADC but still not
great odds.

Theoretically when the iPhone SDK is out of beta all developers will
be accepted after paying their $US 99.
