Modifying/Creating Skins is trivial:
modify:
"...\android-sdk-windows-0.9_beta\tools\lib\images\skins\HVGA-L
\layout"-file and the images around in its folder.
You'll find a couple of skins on my site (anddev.org), i.e. iPhone
