BTW, judging from http://clc4tts.clcworld.net/ it looks like this Text2Speech will be based on a port to Android of the FreeTTS Java code, much like the newly created http://code.google.com/p/android-text2speech/ project (although that appears to be an independent porting attempt). I suspect that the TTS calls in this Android Text2Speech library will look similar to those at http://clc4tts.clcworld.net/clc-4-tts_doc.html
