Same here!

Too bad the specs on the G1 as revealed today aren't all that great
(sub-par camera, etc.)--I'm sure future iterations will definitely be
much better hardware-wise. The next step for the Omnia will have to be
either Windows Mobile 7 or the Android OS. Since the WM7 will be
coming out in the latter half of 2009, my money's on porting the
Android OS to all WM6 devices first.

If Google wants to rapidly increase market share this would be a great
opportunity to replace the WM OS which currently operates on
approximately 19% of all smart phones in North American alone. And
since it's open source, the Android OS will have a army of Google
devotees to code for their particular handset.
