I don't know if Google actively monitors these groups, but I would like to put out the idea that while app store access via the handset will be the predominant means of app installs and browsing...please consider publishing the list of Android's juicy apps on a google webpage. Why is this important if people can do the same on their handset? Very simple. On that OTHER phone people can casually browse through iTMS through iTunes on the desktop. Both owners of the iHype and non owners. This is just as much a marketing tool as it is a way of letting people access the list via a full screen browser. Google wants to continue to build momentum for the platform. Allowing applications to be advertise both on the handset and on the web will continue to do just that if people can see that OMG that is such a cool app. I want an Android phone!
