ADC II must be announced only after devices are released worldwide. Or
Google can just run a US ADC 2 or whatever.

I don't care if there are a few who have the devices now, but would
certainly mind if this is the case when ADC 2 is announced.

Hope ADC 2 has rules set straight and fair.
